A great resource for saving money on dinner. The site has printable coupons, and recipes. I’m really impressed because there are recipes for people with allergies too (and since we have kids with dairy allergies it’s hard to find frugal recipes)

The Coupon Clippers

While I haven’t yet used Coupon Clippers, they are the nations largest online clipping service for coupons. You can search through their inventory of manufacturer coupons and order them for a few cents each. I’ll be trying them out soon. It seems a lot easier to have them sent to me, than to scour the web for hours looking for coupons I might actually use!

Craigslist

The best site for saving money when buying bigger things locally. We have saved so much money using Craiglist. We bought a race car bed for my toddler (saved $180) and a washer and dryer that was free (and we’ve used for over a year and a half). Great deals!

Groupon

I recently read a great article about Groupon and it seems like the wave of the future for local stores. In a nutshell Groupon offers a coupon deal in your area each day. If enough people join in to buy that deal then everyone gets it. It’s a group coupon. They don’t have it locally for my area but hopefully they do for you

Coupons.com allows users to browse current grocery coupons and then print them at home. I don’t like that you have to download special software to print the coupons, though — that seems unnecessary.

eCoupons has a no nonsense website that looks very similar to hundreds of other online coupon resources. But if you look closer, you'll find three hidden gems of the bargain hunting world.

First, there's the grocery coupon "swap meet". You mail in unwanted, unused and unexpired printed Manufacturer Coupons, and your account gets credited. You can then use those credits to "shop" for grocery coupons that you can actually use. You'll get those coupons mailed to you. Click here to view available coupons. Nifty.

Second, eCoupons has listings of coupons for individual colleges and universities. Students can bookmark the page and quickly find coupons that are available for stores on campus. How convenient!
